'Skin Elements' are a new concept TBL is introducing for 2007, instead of a full skin a skin element just replaces one or in this case a few different graphic elements from the game.
This was my testing run of the concept so this is a beta version of what could become a full skin or maybe just more elements (like buttons, scroll bars, etc).
This replaces the default titlepanels, and sidebars and also includes a reworking of the footer image also texturized to match. I've reshaped the footer for clarity and I've removed the color outlining as during testing I found the constantly shifting colors distracting. I also think it makes the text on the footer harder to read so my version is a simplified redesign as well.
