Norwegian League / Number of foreign players

How come the allowed number of foreign players is from season to season different? Last year the number was nine, now after the update i cannot sign any more players cuz now the league allows only 5 foreign players... I mean What the Dickens.

I just switch clubs in my game (From SEL to Norway).

Anyone?

By update do you mean the Lidas roster update? Or by update do you mean the change from one league to another? Different leagues will have different rules for numebr of foreign players, and also what actually constitutes a foregin player.

I think they have set up a regulation plan, so the numbers shall go down each year. It's their way to cope with many teams struggling with finances and getting more norwegian talent into the teams.
