[Pre Game Editor] Difficulties loading the Editor

Hello

I did a search but no luck (sorry if I missed it)...anyone else have problems with the way the Pre-Game Editor displays with Windows 7?
I just recently replaced my 5 year old laptop with a faster/better new one that comes with Windows 7 as the operating system...and when I open the Editor on my new faster/better laptop the Load/Save buttons are not visible! I can't load a different database or save anything...this is not good!

I'm having to work on my old laptop (with no USB ports and frequent crashes) and then save using dropbox and then transfer the database on to my new laptop...I would be willing to live with the hassle factor but what happens when the old laptop completely crashes? I'm just finishing up an EHM 1974 db that i've been working a year on...I've played around with the Resolution Settings in every available setting and no luck...anyone else run into this? Is there anything that can be done?

Woo Hoo problem solved!.....Selected (clicked on) the Editor, right clicked and selected Properties, and then on the Shortcut tab I switched the Window from Normal to Maximized, and once I changed this setting all was well and the vital missing buttons reappeared! Hurray!

hey I just downloaded the pregame editor and it doesnt work. It gives me this image. As you can see there's no spot for me to press load database. If you could help I'd really appreciate it.

I had this problem too (using Windows 7).....I selected (clicked on) the Editor, right clicked and selected Properties, and then on the Shortcut tab I switched the Window from Normal to Maximized, and once I changed this setting all was well and the vital missing button reappeared! Hey,

I am having the same problems as above, I checked the versions and it is v1.7. When I I selected (clicked on) the Editor, right clicked and selected Properties, there was no Shortcut tab. Maybe I am just really dense, but how do I maximize it? The only tabs are General, Security, Compatability, and Details.

never mind, I got it. I'm just having a slow day, thanks for the help thread though, lol
