Hi there!
Bit of a strange headline there, but I have a problem and here's a quick description of it:
I have downloaded the game and updated it with Lidas 3.0 rosters and they seem to be great. However, when I do some further editing in the pre-game editor - the edits just don't seem to "take". Any edit that I make is registered in the editor. However, when I load the database from the game it will only load the default Lidas-rosters.
This is extremely strange and I don't know why it's happening, but the game is loading the default Lidas-rosters even though I have tweaked them in the editor...
Does anyone know what this problem is and how to fix it? I am running Windows 7 if that is of any significance.

You need to make sure that you apply administrative privileges to your editing programs. If you right click on the program icon you should be able to find the option.

I have noticed that it usually saves the edited database named exactly like before if you haven't changed it...

Re: The game won't accept my editing...
I had this problem with EHM 05 & 07 with Windows 7 too. I figured it out though. If you go to where your data base is kept & look at the files, across the top where the tabs for "Organise", "Burn" & "New Folder" are you should see another called "Compatibility Files". Click on that & then you'll see only the files affected by your edits. Copy all the files collectively & then press the back arrow to go back to the main files & paste them over the ones you intend to update. Hope that makes sense, but thats how I do it.

A tip for anybody else encountering a similar problem is to ensure that you open the Lidas rosters in the Editor and not the default rosters. The Editor will by default open the rosters located in the main database folder. If the Lidas rosters are in a sub-folder of the database folder then you need to make sure you open this one up in the Editor instead.

Do you press confirm (down to the right) after each change, before saving?mirec73 wrote:Hi guys, when i make a small change, for example just change a name of any player and I save it, it actually wont save that changem the name of original player will appear, so no change...no error message nothing, I dont understand what could be wrong..
