Penalty Minutes
During free agency i happened to sign todd bertuzzi to add some depth to the left wing. Every couple of games it will say "off" in the coaching tactics menu where bertuzzi's name is. So i checked who led the league in goals, it turns out Bertuzzi did with 600 penalty minutes with 20 games left in the season! Ive been loosing very often lately and i have a very bad powerplay killing percentage. Do you think i should trade him or cut him?

What is he being penalized for? If it is fighting then you can simply just disallow him to fight and it won't happen as much.
His personal tactic are most likely the issue here. Get a disciplinarian assistant coach as well. It helps

Under personal tactics it doesnt say "encouraged" or what ever the other one is. I also dont watch the games but put the games at high speed.

I disciplined him and now he scores like crazy and barely has any penaltys now
