You would have to replace an already existing league with the Polish teams.
Try the Danish league. You can not change the name of the league in the editor
I can't remember if the Danish league has active promotion from the Danish First League. If so, then I suggest you move some more Polish teams there.
I have no idea how many players from the Polish league there are in the db
